We are so glad you’re here and have a truly spectacular experience in store for you. We know there are many places you could be spending your time today, and it means so much to us that you are choosing live music, your community, and us on a day like this. Thank you!

The orchestra you’re about to enjoy is the largest in the entire country. Over 375 musicians have joined forces this season to rehearse, learn, laugh, connect, grow, and now perform. Our primary mission is to build and serve our community – to create vibrant experiences that unite people and give them a compelling sense that this is where they feel at home – and we aim to meet that goal every week in how we rehearse, how we celebrate one another, and in the connections and friendships that participating in a group like this can foster. Participating in an arts experience has profound effects on our mental, physical, and social well-being – and participating in one that is as large and joyous as the CFCArts Symphony Orchestra can truly transform lives. We know you’ll feel that sense of joy, teamwork, community, and inspiring energy today!

In addition to being an accessible community where everyone is welcome and where we get to have a lot of fun, this orchestra is also really talented. The music in today’s concert is challenging, uplifting, intense, and really cool. As long as there have been people on earth, we’ve looked to the stars with wonder and exhilaration. Fortunately, we’ve also composed a lot of music, written a lot of songs, and made a lot of films that capture that thirst for interstellar discovery. Today, we’ll perform many of our favorites (and at least one new piece), but you’ll hear, experience, and feel them in ways you never have before. Give in to the joy and awe of this, embrace the sheer sense of fun, and enjoy yourself! We’ve been preparing for you for weeks, and we can’t wait to share this with you.
