About the Community Choir
Each season, Central Florida Community Arts celebrates community, inclusion, and impact with its inaugural program – the Community Choir. Since its inception, the choir has grown to over 300 members each season. It’s a home for thousands of local community members and artists looking for a safe space to connect, serve, and perform.
Over the years, choir concerts have featured many styles of music, ranging from patriotic to Christmas, from Broadway to Disney, and from classical to pop. Each concert is fully produced and often includes moving lights, dancers, actors, aerialists, and more! The CFCArts choir is not just a program – it is a community. We look forward to connecting with members past and present and welcoming new members into our joyful community.
Because CFCArts is community-based with the goal of providing everyone with a place to perform, our choir is non-auditioned. Anyone age 18+ is welcome, whether you have been singing for years, haven’t sung since your school days, or anything in between. Rehearsals are fun and interactive, and our team helps members succeed through part-specific recordings, teleprompters for word retention, section leaders to reinforce notes and rhythms, and more!
There’s a place for everyone, and we look forward to seeing you in a rehearsal soon!
Please email choir@cfcarts.com, and our team will reach out to you to help get you started.

Performance
Join over 300 majestic voices of the CFCArts Community Choir and members of the Symphony Orchestra for Believe: A Christmas Celebration, an unforgettable journey into the heart and soul of the holidays.
This spectacular seasonal show is more than just a performance. It’s an immersive experience designed to reignite the powerful, enduring spirit of belief. Featuring beloved Christmas favorites and heartwarming seasonal stories, the choir will fill the stage with music that captures the joy, hope, and resilience of the holidays.
Enjoy music from A Muppet Christmas Carol and The Polar Express, classics like “Noel” and “God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen,” songs ranging from “I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas” to “Santa Claus is Comin' to Town” to “My Grown Up Christmas List,” and of course, Josh Groban’s version of “Believe.”
In a world that often demands strength, the simple act of believing – in goodness, in peace, in the magic of Christmas – can be the most powerful emotion of all. We invite you to relax into this collective celebration, feel uplifted by that powerful emotion, and carry a renewed sense of hope and resilience with you through the entire year.

About the Program
For six weeks, two choir ensembles — one for adults and one for youth — will rehearse separately at a shared venue, allowing each group to receive dedicated attention from the team while creating natural opportunities for collaboration and connection. Rehearsals will culminate in a combined showcase performance that brings seniors and youth together on the same stage for a shared, intergenerational artistic experience.
