While there, Christina also discovered her passion for teaching theatre; developing and delivering a one-week Shakespeare workshop for 8th grade ELA students, as well as an eleven-week theatre program for YMCA campers that ran under her direction for two summers. Additionally, since her graduation from the Hartt School with a BFA in Acting, Christina has completed two national touring seasons with National Theatre for Arts and Education, four national touring seasons with National Theatre for Children, performed internationally at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and worked for two years as a core company member for Gamut Theatre Group in Harrisburg, PA. Since her move to Florida, Christina has worked as a teaching artist with CFCArts on their productions of Elf the Musical, Winnie the Pooh, Disney’s Aladdin Jr., Disney’s 101 Dalmatians Jr., and for a number of their theatre camps. Some of Christina’s favorite performance roles include Gilda Radner in Bunny, Bunny: A Sort of Romantic Comedy, Constance in King John, Montressor in Poe: Much of Madness, Nikki Neutron in The Energized Guyz and the Conservation Caper, over 30 characters in The Iliad, The Odyssey, and All of Greek Mythology in 90 Minutes or Less, and Dr. Novak in the independent film Uncanny Harbor (for which she had her first red carpet premiere). Christina can’t wait to continue to discover, and help develop, all of the incredible talent in the CFCArts community!
