On Air with the Narrators

The Narrators are back for another hilarious show – this time about a radio show that goes any way but right! Join us as our Narrators perform The Radio Play Disaster by Don Zolidis, with original commercial breaks written by the Narrators themselves featuring real 1950s products you won’t believe ever existed!

The Narrators are an enthusiastic group of older adults (55+) who have a desire and a mission to give back to the community by performing – and have a lot of fun doing it!

This season, the Narrators had a blast bringing to life a radio play and writing ads for some truly unbelievable historical products.

Imagine…
Suburban housewives dressed in high heels, pearls, and crinolines…
Family time listening to after-dinner radio shows like Our Miss Brooks and Father Knows Best…
Evenings spent watching I Love Lucy and The Ed Sullivan Showon that brand new gadget, the television…
The latest inventions like TV dinners, alien detector helmets, and atomic energy lab play sets…

Don’t miss out on the fun! Join the Narrators to enjoy live theatre and comedy, a charming (or maybe vexing) set of vintage ads, and members of the CFCArts Big Band in On Air with the Narrators!

We hope to see you there!

April 14 and 15
