Our History

In February of 2011, Central Florida Community Arts kicked off the first part of its five-tiered vision with the Central Florida Community Choir. Since that time, the choir has grown to over 400 voices in upwards of five different styles of choirs who have performed full concerts. Themes have run the gamut from patriotic, to Christmas,  classical, Broadway, gospel, Disney, songs from the ’60s, and ’70s hits! Choir members have the opportunity to give back to the community by performing for over 100 nonprofit organizations at no cost! Our organization is community-based and our choir is non-auditioned, so anyone age 18+ can join.

Spring 2021 Season

This spring, the community choir is presenting 365: A Year-Round Holiday Revue and celebration of the biggest holidays and special events throughout the year including Valentine’s Day, July 4th, Spring Break, Halloween and Christmas. We will celebrate our favorite times of the year through some of the best loved songs of the past century.  It will be a celebratory journey of 365 days of the year as we prepare to deck the halls, fall in love, celebrate freedom, play in the sand, and everything in between! If you were with us prior to the shutdown last spring, you will recognize the theme. Some of the music we were unable to perform then will be included this season along with a number of new selections.

Please fill out this survey by Wednesday January 6 to let us know your plans for the Spring.
