Showcase Theatre for Young Performers

Students entering Grades PreK through 2 this school year: Join us here at CFCArts for our Showcase Theatre program for your performers! Each family has the option of either virtual or live weekly classes, both ending in a showcase of songs, dances, and speaking parts for family and friends. Our live classes will be tons of fun in socially distanced small groups, while our virtual classes will be engaging and exciting! Fill out the Virtual Registration Form to get started!

CFCArts is a Gardiner Scholarship provider, and the Gardiner Scholarship can be used to cover program tuition! CFCArts scholarships are also available.

Rehearsals will take place between Monday, August 31 and Monday, October 5 from 5:30-6:30 PM on a weekly basis. Families will specify if they prefer a live or virtual (via Zoom) experience for their student on the Virtual Registration Form.

The first week of rehearsal (Monday, August 31) will take place virtually via Zoom even for live rehearsal groups. There will be no rehearsal on Monday, September 7 due to Labor Day.

For families who choose a live experience, live rehearsals will begin the week of Monday, September 14. For families who choose a live experience, rehearsals will take place on the campus of Calvary Orlando (1199 Clay Street, Winter Park, FL 32789) in the Education Center (Building 2, see map) following the safety procedures linked here.

Rehearsals will take place between Wednesday, September 2 and Wednesday, October 7 from 5:30-6:15 PM on a weekly basis. Families will specify if they prefer a live or virtual (via Zoom) experience for their student on the Virtual Registration Form.

Showcase performances will take place on Monday, October 12 at 5:30 PM for live performers, and Wednesday, October 14 for virtual performers.

Performances of live showcases will take place within the Central Orlando/Winter Park area. Specific performance location(s) are to be determined based on the needs of our students. Live performances will be streamed for a virtual audience. Virtual performances will take place entirely online using streaming platforms for a virtual audience. Performances will follow the safety procedures linked here.

Tuition for all performers is $75 (scholarships available.)

There are four ways to cover tuition:

  • Complete the tuition payment in full via PayPal, or by mailing a check (made out to CFCArts) to PO Box 720517 Orlando, FL 32872 (please email youth@cfcarts.com once check is posted.)
  • Complete a partial tuition payment of  via PayPal, or by mailing a check (made out to CFCArts) to PO Box 720517 Orlando, FL 32872 (please email youth@cfcarts.com once check is posted.) The final tuition payment of $25 will be due via PayPal or by mailing a check prior to performances.
  • To use a Gardiner Scholarship, please email Leah@cfcarts.com with your student’s ID number. Please note if your Gardiner Scholarship is through AAA or Step Up for Students (SUFS.)
  • Complete the Scholarship Application to be considered for a scholarship for this program.
