Our History

In February of 2011, Central Florida Community Arts kicked off the first part of its five-tiered vision with the Central Florida Community Choir. Since that time, the choir has grown to over 400 voices in upwards of five different styles of choirs who have performed full concerts. Themes have run the gamut from patriotic, to Christmas,  classical, Broadway, gospel, Disney, songs from the ’60s, and ’70s hits! Choir members have the opportunity to give back to the community by performing for over 100 nonprofit organizations at no cost! Our organization is community-based and our choir is non-auditioned, so anyone age 18+ can join.

Fall 2020 Season

We as an organization are not yet in a position to share concrete information about our fall season, but, we want you to know that there will be an annual holiday concert. Whether that will be in person or via a virtual presentation, we will sing holiday music this fall. However, our focus is currently on planning for multiple scenarios with our attention being on the safety of our staff, members and patrons. It’s too early to say with any certainty what the fall season will look like, but we will share details with you as soon as they are available. In the meantime, there are plenty of ways to stay connected with CFCArts. To see all of our offerings please visit CFCArts.com/AtHome/
