Community Event Requests
Thank you for your interest in Central Florida Community Arts!
Our volunteer member ensembles are proud to serve our community by performing at local charity events for nonprofit organizations. All event requests are subject to approval by our team to ensure they are nonprofit and/or charitable, non-religiously affiliated events.
Please complete this form with all known detail to help us find performers for your event. Here are a few guidelines to note for community event requests:
- We kindly request a 60-day window of time for proper planning and scheduling purposes. If your event is fewer than 60 days out, we are happy to seek performers but cannot guarantee success.
- CFCArts is not a professional booking agency and members of our Community Choir and Symphony Orchestra are working professionals with demands on their schedule; please note that weekday/daytime events are often difficult to schedule.
Our team reviews requests each week; you will receive a response once your event request has been received and another once performers have been confirmed (or, informing you of a lack of available talent.)
