Membership Due Policy
Whereas, Central Florida Community Arts is established and chartered in its by-laws and incorporation documents as a member based, not for profit entity, this document serves as its membership due policy. All artists taking part in the mission and programs of CFCArts, Inc. must abide by this policy per season of operation.

All potential members must complete member application online to be included in the program area. This is for an information resource but also in consideration for the member for benefits and insurance. This must be completed by 2nd rehearsal attended.

All members must pay membership due that is outlined in all printed and online materials per program area per season. This membership fee and season length are set annually by the Board of Directors and approved in the annual budget.

Each member must pay the membership due by the 2nd attended rehearsal to be eligible to continue to take part in the programs of CFCArts. They may do so by paying the due in full, setting up a payment plan or filling out the online scholarship application. Every potential member may sit in on a rehearsal as a visitor to experience the program of CFCArts. Please note that no members will be allowed to attend rehearsals or continue programs without action on the membership due by the 2nd rehearsal.

A full refund of the membership due may be given if requested within 72 hours of first rehearsal attended. This request must be in an email or letter by the deadline. No other refunds will be granted unless deemed an emergency by program director or Executive Director, A limited amount of Director Membership Comps may be granted by the Program Director or Executive Director each season to those artists that are defined as necessary for the operation of the season.
